How do we guarantee safety?
Each formula is tested by independent laboratories to guarantee its effectiveness and tolerance. No product is placed on the market without having validated all the key safety steps (Click on each step to learn more):
Product safety tests
To ensure that the product is properly preserved, we assess its antimicrobial protection. For this, it undergoes the challenge test, which consists of checking how the product defends itself against microbial attack.
Stability tests
We check that the product remains stable over time, meaning that its color, scent, or appearance do not change.
The product is placed under extreme thermal conditions. These tests ensure that when our product travels around the world, it remains of good quality.
Safety and tolerance test
We also assess the good tolerance of the product (absence of irritation reaction) and the absence of sensitization reaction on adult subjects.
Clinical tests
Once the safety of the product is ensured, we measure its safety and effectiveness in real-life conditions, on a panel of children or women, depending on the products. This procedure is carried out under the supervision of dermatologists and/or pediatricians.
Final validation by an independent expert
As a final step, all results are submitted to an independent toxicology expert, external to our laboratories, who must confirm that our products are safe.
A safety report is then drawn up and made available to the competent authorities at any time in case of inspection – without this document, the product cannot be placed on the market.

No product is marketed without their validation at each of these stages.
