How to Get Perfect Skin?

All women strive to have baby-soft skin, velvety smooth and radiant. Imperfections can appear on the skin: pimples, irritations, redness, eczema. The epidermis can also be very dry and form patches, like chapping. Additionally, the skin can be sensitive and intolerant, with a high risk of allergies. In short, it’s not easy to have a glowing complexion every day.

Cleansing and using skincare products that respect the epidermis are necessary to regulate or stimulate sebum production. A good routine helps achieve perfect skin.

Use skincare adapted to your skin type

Oily and acne-prone skin needs a range of moisturizing products. Why? Because using drying products too often causes the epidermis to produce more sebum as a defense reaction. It is therefore necessary to choose water-based products, even when you have imperfections.

Mature skin, from age 35, needs anti-aging care that promotes collagen production. From age 45, it is recommended to switch to anti-wrinkle products to fill in lines around the eyes, lips, and forehead.

Dry skin should opt for products rich in fats, with nourishing action. A serum and a day cream are perfect for daily hydration.

Focus on thorough makeup removal

Take care when removing your makeup. If you skip this step, the next morning your eyes may be puffy and your skin prone to imperfections (redness and pimples).

It is best to start with careful eye makeup removal using a specific product, such as a biphasic lotion. Mix the aqueous and oily phases of the product well for optimal effectiveness. Apply a cotton pad soaked in the product to each eye to remove makeup traces without rubbing. For residue-free results with kohl pencil and eyeliner, use a cotton swab soaked in lotion along the lash roots. Make sure your lotion is ophthalmologically tested.

For the face, depending on your preferences and skin type, you can choose between a cleansing gel, a cleansing milk, or a cleansing oil. For those who prefer speed or want a travel-friendly makeup remover to slip into their bag, makeup remover wipes are a practical and simple option, though not very economical or eco-friendly.

Finish makeup removal by wiping the entire face with a cotton pad soaked in lotion or micellar water, which can be rinsed or not, to unclog pores and leave the skin clean.

All that’s left is to moisturize your face with a serum and a night cream. Don’t neglect the eye contour and lips, using a balm with beeswax.
