The Relaxing Bubble Bath: The Best Moment of the Day

There’s nothing like a bubble bath to relax, fight stress, release tension, prepare for sleep, and bring your body and soul the many benefits they need. Slipping into warm, scented water is excellent for your mood and your skin, as long as you follow a few rules.

There’s nothing like a bubble bath to relax, fight stress, release tension, prepare for sleep, and bring your body and soul the many benefits they need.

Slipping into warm, scented water is excellent for your mood and your skin, as long as you follow a few rules.

To avoid reducing the effectiveness of the products used and the benefits they provide to the skin, and to avoid coming out all wrinkled and limp, a soak of about twenty minutes in your bath is more than enough. Be careful not to fall asleep.

The ideal temperature for a relaxing bubble bath is around 35°C. Water that is too hot can cause cardiovascular problems, promote cellulite and varicose veins, and affect the skin’s elasticity.

People with dry skin should also limit the frequency of bubble baths because of their dehydrating effect. However, when dealing with a cold or the flu, a very hot bath for ten minutes can be beneficial. On the other hand, soaking for five minutes in a cold bath helps fight fatigue and improves muscle tone.

To fully enjoy your relaxing bubble bath, setting the right mood is just as important. Background music to your taste, dim lighting, and candles scattered around the bathroom all help enhance the soothing and relaxing effect of the best moment of the day. Take deep breaths and relax.

To make the pleasure last, wrap yourself in a warm bathrobe afterward and lie down for a few minutes before putting on comfortable clothes.
