Which After-Sun for Oily Skin?

Not all skin types are equal when it comes to the sun! Oily skin reacts differently. The care you need to give it is therefore specific. Whether we're talking about sun care during exposure or after, you need to take your skin type into account.

Not all skin types are equal when it comes to the sun! Oily skin reacts differently. The care you need to give it is therefore specific. Whether we're talking about sun care during exposure or after, you need to take your skin type into account.

Is the sun good for acne?

Be careful not to be fooled by appearances. Behind its bright facade, the sun is not so good for your skin, even if it gives you a radiant complexion. It's true that since you've been in the sun, you no longer have pimples and your skin has become drier.

But in reality, if the sun seems effective, it's because it contributes to the thickening of the skin and thus to the clogging of pores. This means that excess sebum remains trapped under the skin and will eventually come out once summer is over! That's why you get a breakout every September!

Hydrate after sun exposure!

You used sun care during exposure, but after your shower, you think your skin no longer needs to be moisturized. This is a serious mistake that could cost you dearly at the end of summer. Generously apply an after-sun care product suited to your skin type and also consider exfoliating at least once a week over your whole body to free your pores from excess sebum.
