As soon as the school year begins, every year it's the same story, lice appear. A few years ago, getting rid of these parasites was relatively easy and quick, but nowadays, it's a different story. Eradicating lice today is a real headache for parents who spend time and money!

Eradicating super resistant lice: it's exhausting!

Just a few years ago, eradicating lice was more or less easy... With one or two treatment shampoos, they would completely disappear from the children's heads. But since the 2000s, researchers have noticed that these parasites are becoming increasingly resistant to insecticidal products. These little bugs have managed to modify their genetic makeup to survive against all anti-lice products! It has now become an incredible task to eliminate them completely... Parents try multiple times, using anti-lice shampoos of all brands, sprays to eliminate lice from beddings and fabrics, repellents... without success.

Eradicate lice: the solution!

Normally, lice should be eradicated using only two products... The key is to find the right effective and affordable products. A treatment shampoo (anti-parasite) that is both preventive and curative while remaining gentle on the scalp and hair, along with a repellent spray that also respects the skin. The rules to follow are: perform a treatment shampoo as soon as you notice a pediculosis, followed by a lice and nit comb over all the hair when they are almost dry. Once the hair is well dry, spray the repellent and repeat the operation twice a day. Treat the hair again with the treatment shampoo 7 days after the first. Wash clothes, hats, scarves daily, as well as bedding.

Eradicate lice effectively but gently!

Traditional anti-lice products are known to be aggressive and irritating, toxic and dangerous. Most of them are even considered carcinogenic... Therefore, avoid using them and prefer active phytotherapy products based on essential oils. For example, lice hate eucalyptus essential oil, they flee from this smell, which is completely unbearable for them!

You now know everything about lice, their resistance, and how to eradicate them effectively with suitable hair products... Stop tearing your hair out and follow our recommendations!
